How to Use

Remove lid from pitcher, then remove strainer and set aside.
Fill pitcher with hot or cold water, depending on recipe.
Put contents into strainer (loose leaf tea, tea bags, fruit, vegetables or herbs) and put back into pitcher.
Screw on lid, ensuring the opening lines of the lid are facing toward the spew to allow pouring (the hole on the lid should be in the back).
Put in fridge or let steep for desired time, then serve and enjoy your healthy beverage!

We recommend to only hand wash your Lifestyle Pitcher. Do not use in microwave.
