Ingredients

100% Organic Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Lemon Myrtle Leaf, Alfalfa, Peppermint, Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioca), Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum), Calendula Petals (Calendula officinalis), and Orange Peel.

Directions

Drink: Just add a heaped teaspoon (3g) to a strainer, infuse in a cup (250mls) of boiling water (100°C) for 3-5 minutes, and then enjoy. Drink 2-3 cups each day.

Fresh Face Tea can be used externally as a herbal steam once or twice weekly (add one tablespoonful of herbs to a bowl of steaming hot water)
