The power to make this journey a profound success lies within you—embrace it, and let the transformation begin!

PURGE TOXINS & PARASITES

First, we must clear the pathway, starting with detoxing the body. The fastest way to heal, completely transform your health, and reverse the aging process is to change your diet. But first, you must fast to kill the parasites. Fasting helps with detoxification to overcome chronic disease and parasite elimination. Fasting gives the digestive system a break and lets your body focus on clearing toxins and parasites out of your system. When you fast for at least 18 hours, your body begins the autophagy phase and begins to starve the parasites in your gut, but three days will starve the parasite’s life cycle from egg and larvae to the adult stages. Remember, fruit and vegetables ferment, and meat decomposes. During autophagy, your body begins to clear out damaged components, toxins, and cellular parasites in your gut. The peak autophagy phase is around the 2nd and 3rd days of fasting, which is highly recommended for the best results. During the cleanse, we recommend a rotation of natural herbal remedies.

Remeteas while fasting: 28-day Detox Tea, Lemon Grass and Ginger Tea, Paw Paw Tea and Thyroid Tea

After you fast, your first intake should be a fruit cleanse because it moves the lymphatic system—the system that will heal you.

Recommended Fruits: Okra, Avacado, Tomatoes, Berries(Strawberries, Cranberries, Blueberries) Apples, Pineapple, Papaya ( eat some of the seeds), Cucumber, Watermelon, Grapefruit, Oranges, Cantelope, Lime

No matter what you're confronting, below are three key areas that need to be targeted, and you will see and feel results after the first week:

1. Kidneys (red blood cells): Did you know your kidneys filter your blood up to 25 times daily? Our kidneys’ job is crucial. By the numbers, 150-200 quarts of blood circulate through your kidneys, and 1-2 quarts become urine. Without the proper levels of acid and nutrients in our blood, our nerves, muscles, and other tissues in our bodies may not work correctly. One of the things our kidneys do is remove acid from our blood, which maintains our bodies’ pH levels.

Our cells naturally produce acid, and the foods we eat can either increase or lower the amount of acid in our bodies. The kidneys also control the balance of water, salts, and minerals in our blood.

2. A good lymphatic system removes waste from cells(white blood cells) and plays a significant role in supporting the circulatory and immune systems. Lymph Nodes collect lymph from the lymphatic vessels and act as checkpoints that monitor and cleanse the lymph before it reaches the bloodstream.

These nodes are small-shaped enlargements found at various points, including the neck, armpits, groin, and the walls of the intestines. There are about 600-700 lymph nodes in the human body. Lymph nodes are most prominent in the areas where the vessels converge.

3. The adrenal gland produces a variety of hormones that are vital for us to live. These endocrine glands are located on top of the kidneys. They make many essential hormones, including cortisol, sex hormones, aldosterone, and adrenaline. These hormones help regulate several bodily functions, including metabolism, blood pressure, and the body's response to stress.

When stress levels remain high for an extended period of time, the adrenal gland gets overworked and eventually stops producing the hormones we need, which can produce cortisol, the stress hormone. FUN FACT: Did you know that increased adrenaline levels can increase attraction between people? The adrenal glands and the gonads, which include the ovaries and testes, are the main glands that produce sex hormones. Thus, adrenal fatigue occurs, resulting in body aches, chronic fatigue, weakness, weight loss, and many other symptoms.

P.S. See below for general statements from the 3 day fasting experience

Physical Sensations:
The first day was rough. Hunger pangs came in waves, and there was a sense of sluggishness as my body adapted to using fat stores for energy. But by day two, there was a surprising boost in energy. My body started feeling lighter, and the usual bloating from regular eating (and alcohol consumption) was gone. By day three, the energy levels remained steady, but I felt a bit weaker, which is normal when fasting for extended periods. There’s a sense of purification, though—the stomach feels emptier, the skin begins to look clearer, and my digestion feels reset.

Mental State:
Initially, it was a struggle to focus. Hunger was distracting, and thoughts of food were constant. However, by the end of day two, the mental fog began to clear, and I experienced a sharpness in focus. Day three brought a sense of calm and control. Without alcohol clouding my mind or messing with my sleep cycles, my mood was more stable, and there was a deep sense of inner peace and accomplishment.

Emotional Impact:
Emotionally, fasting brought a heightened awareness of my habits. I realized how often I reached for food or alcohol to cope with stress or boredom. By removing those, I was forced to sit with my emotions more directly. There’s a sense of empowerment that comes with that—being able to control what you consume is incredibly liberating. The act of fasting almost feels like a reset button, not just for the body but also for the mind.

Sleep Patterns:
Sleep became more restful. Without alcohol disrupting my REM cycles or heavy food digesting late at night, my sleep felt deeper. I woke up feeling more refreshed than usual. There’s something about fasting that makes rest feel more rejuvenating.
