Today marks the first day, welcome!
Our first step is gradually eliminating ALCOHOL, setting the foundation for sustainable, lasting change. Whether we realize it or not, we’re often deeply attached to the foods we consume, the drinks we enjoy, and even the thoughts and words that shape our daily routines. Breaking these habits requires openness to change, a willingness to step beyond comfort zones, and a commitment to transformation.
To ease into this journey, we’ll start with four simple affirmations designed to reshape your mindset, elevate your self-esteem, and strengthen your dedication to this process. Affirmations—the action of affirming or being affirmed—are powerful tools for reinforcing positive thoughts and intentions. These affirmations will prepare you to take the leap into Level II next week, where the real work of the Purge begins. Let’s take these baby steps together and prepare for a profound transformation.
This Week’s AFFIRMATION LIST 11:11- You vs You
The journey of healing and purging is truly "you vs. you." It's about facing the parts of yourself that resist change and releasing old habits that no longer serve you. This process isn’t about competing with others but challenging yourself to rise above past limitations. Each step forward is a commitment to becoming a stronger, healthier version of yourself. When you confront your resistance with courage, you transform, empowering yourself to heal and grow from within.

Each step I take strengthens and empowers me, guiding me toward the healthiest, truest version of myself. This journey is mine, and I rise above with resilience and purpose."
👉🏾 This week I choose clarity, strength, and self-love over temporary escapes. My mind, body, and spirit deserve nourishment and respect, and I honor myself by releasing what no longer serves me. I am free, I am powerful, and I am in control of my choices."
👉🏾 “This week, I will not allow alcohol to hold me back. I want to experience what alcohol-free feels like. I will have more energy; I will have a clear mind, and I will rejuvenate my body.” Alcohol is 100% poison and is a neurotoxin; it affects your productivity and, therefore, your overall motivation to succeed.
👉🏾 This week, I am embracing my own strength and grounding myself in solitude. I choose to quiet the noise around me, trusting in my own wisdom and purpose. I release the need for outside validation and stand firm, planting seeds of confidence and clarity within myself.Toxic relationships can deplete our vital energy. By choosing solitude, we reclaim our power and remain grounded in our own energy.
👉🏾 This week, each morning I will rise, stretch, and declare with gratitude, 'Today is a beautiful day of blessings. Thank you, God, for my strength, my purpose, and my resilience.' I am divinely blessed, and today will reflect that power.Then, take a walk every morning for 10-20 minutes and remind yourself of all the beautiful things that have brought you to where you are today. Have grace and gratitude for yourself every morning.
